Change Account Password
Follow these set of steps to change the password of DL MineTrace account.
- Log in to the DL MineTrace platform.
- Click on the Name or Profile Picture in the top right corner.
- Select the Profile option present in the drop-down list.

- This further opens a Profile Details page.
- Locate and click on the Change Password button on the top right section of the Profile Details page.

- Enter the current account password in the Old Password data field.
- Next, type a new password in the New Password data field.
- Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password data field.
Password Requirement
A strong password must contain the following:
- Must be at least 8 to 16 characters in length.
- At least one special character.
- At least one upper case letter.
- At least one number.
Enter & Confirm Password
- Click on the Confirm button to change the password.
- Upon clicking the Confirm button, the platform is redirected to the Sign in page of the platform.

- Now, log in again using the registered email address and the newly updated password.
Password Recovery
To reset your password, follow the steps below.
Visit the Sign in page of the platform.
Click on the Forgot password link.

- A new window appears on the screen. Enter the registered email address in the Email field and click on the Recover button.

Use the same email address which is used to create the DL MineTrace account.
- The platform sends a Reset Password email in your inbox.

If a Reset Password email is not seen in the inbox, check the email's Spam folder or else repeat the aforemetioned steps. If there is no Reset Password email, please contact DLT Labs for further assistance.

Click on the Reset your password link from the email.
This opens a Set a new password page on the web browser.
Enter a new password in the Password data field.
Type the same password again in the Confirm Password data field.

You will be redirected to the Sign in page of the platform.
