    Change Account Password

    If you want to change your account password, follow a set of a few simple steps.

    1. Log in to the account.
    2. Click on the name or profile picture in the top right corner.
    3. Select the Profile option present in the drop-down list.

    1. The Profile Details page is opens.
    2. Locate and click on the Change password button on the top right section of the Profile Details page.

    1. Type the current password in the Old Password data field.
    2. Next, type a new password in the New Password data field.
    3. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password data field.

    Password must contain the following:

    1. Must be at least 8 to 16 characters in length.
    2. At least one special character.
    3. At least one upper case letter.
    4. At least one number.
    1. Click on the Confirm button to change the password.
    2. Upon clicking the Confirm button, the Sign in page opens.

    1. Now, log into the account using registered email address and the new password just created.

    Password Recovery

    Go through the following steps to reset the password.

    1. Visit the Sign in page of the platform.
    2. Click on the Forgot password link.

    1. A new window appears on the screen. Enter the registered email address in the Email field and click on the Recover button.

    Make sure to enter the same email address used to create an account.

    1. You will see a Reset Password email in your inbox.

    If you can't find the Reset Password email in your inbox, check Spam folder or repeat the steps mentioned above. If you still don't receive the Reset Password email, contact DLT Labs for further help.

    1. Click on the Reset your password link from the email.
    2. This link opens the Set a new password page on the browser.

    1. Enter a new password in the Password data field.
    2. Type the same password again in the Confirm Password data field.

    Password must contain the following:

    1. Must be at least 8 to 16 characters in length.
    2. At least one special character.
    3. At least one upper case letter.
    4. At least one number.
    1. Click on the Set Password button. This opens a page with the message Password Set Successfully.

    1. Enter registered email address and the new password to login to the account.
