First time Login

If you have received your user credentials from your project champion, please proceed to the next section to learn how to log onto the platform. If not, follow the steps below:

1. Your project champion connects with KNNX team to initiate the process of creating your account on the platform.

2. Once Accounts is created, an Activation Link is sent on your registered email ID to set your password.
   Note - The Activation Link is valid only for 24 hours. If you do not find this email in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder.

3. Click on the Activate your account link in the email.
   

   

4. This redirects the platform to the Create Password page.

   

5. There are two blank data fields on the page, i.e., Password and Confirm password.

6. Type a new password in the Password data field.

7. Fill in the same password in the Confirm password data field to verify it.

8. After entering the password in both fields, click on the Set button.

   Note - Password Requirement

   A password must contain the following:

   1. Must be at least 8 to 16 characters in length.

   2. At least one special character.

   3. At least one upper case letter.

   4. At least one number.

   

Note - Once Password is updated, you will be redirected to the Sign in page.
