    Master Table contains information about various accessorial claim loads. As a WMC IB user, view all the master tables.

    Types of Master Tables

    Carrier Rate

    The carrier rate master table contains all the contracted accessorial rates that a carrier has with Walmart Canada.

    1. The Carrier_rate page displays details like Charge_code, Charge_type, Rate, etc.

    Fuel Rate Indicators

    The Fuel rate indicators master table showcases the different fuel types used by a carrier depending on the modality.

    1. The Fuel_rate_indicators page displays details like Mode, Class, Category, etc.

    Lane

    The Lane master table contains the listing of lanes (from an origin location to a destination location) that carriers ship for Walmart Canada.

    1. The Lane page displays details like Lane_id, Origin_location ID, Origin_location_name, etc.

    Transit Details

    The TRANSIT DETAILS master table lists all the possible Transit permutations (Mode, Class, Service level) for Lanes.

    1. The TRANSIT DETAILS page displays details like Origin, Destination, Mode, Class, Service, etc.

    Accessing Master Table

    1. Click on the Master Table option in the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side of the screen.
    2. On the Master Table page, view the information of various master tables such as:
      1. Carrier Rate
      2. Fuel Rate Indicator
      3. Lane
      4. Transit Details

    View & Download Master Tables

    Based on the access levels, a WMC IB user can:

    • View data on the master table.
    • Download data to the master table.

    The following example illustrates the Lane Master Table, but the steps are similar for other Master Table.

    1. Click on the Master Table page from the Navigation Panel to view the list of all Master Tables.
    2. Click on the Eye icon to view the Lane master table.

    1. The Lane page displays details like Origin_city, Origin_location_id, Origin_location_name, etc.

    Each Master Table's details page will have a different set of column fields.

    1. Click on the Download button to download the Lane details.
    2. Upon clicking on the Download button, a file is saved on your system, the file is a workbook grid which shows the relevant information.
