Business Workflow enforces a contract between/among the organizations or departments of an organization and defines the path an Asset can take during its lifecycle.
The Business Workflows page is where most functions are performed. The business workflow tiles contain the workflow's name and count of the prebuilt filers values.
- Access the Business Workflows page from the selection menu on the left.
- Upon clicking the business workflows page, a list of all the business workflows appears.

Users can only view and add data to business workflows they are a part of. Workflow instances in a business workflow can be consignments or assets.
A business workflow contains all the workflow instances associated with it. All the workflow instances are listed on the listing page.
- Click on a Business Workflow tile to view all the instances under it.

If the number of instances under one Business Workflow increases, the platform offers a scroll bar on the right side that enables vertical scrolling across the number of instances.

- Click on the details icon present before a particular instance to view its details.
