Manage Columns

• You can instantly customize the display columns of the workflow instances on the business workflows page. Select a business workflow, and click on the Columns button at the top right corner. A sidebar appears from the right side of the screen.

• The sidebar contains the list of all attributes from the workflow instance used while establishing the workflow.
• Each data field has a check box on its left.
• Select the required columns you want to be displayed by clicking on the checkboxes.
• Click on the Save button to successfully add the columns.

Saving Instance Data

• Export existing data under the business workflows page by clicking the Export button on the top panel.

Upon clicking the Export button, you have two options:

1. Export data for current columns – the report contains data for the columns available on the screen.
2. Export data for all columns – the report contains data for all the columns.

• Upon selecting the option, receive the data on the email address associated with the current DL Asset Track account.

1. You can change the size of a tag under an instance simply by clicking on the expand icon in its top right corner.

2. Also, you can get the columns back to default as per your need.

1. From a Business Workflow, click on the details button of any desired instance.

2. On the page that appears, select 2 Business Entities by clicking on the boxes above their respective names in the timeline.

3. Next, click on the Compare button at the top.

4. Click on the View Table option visible.

5. This opens an Attributes sidebar with all attributes mentioned.

6. Drag the columns in this sidebar to change their size.

7. These changes are saved at the browser level.
