The Business Entity status will primarily be Active once created. You can change the status of a Business Entity to Active or Inactive.

Deactivate

To deactivate a Business Entity on the DL Asset Track™ platform, follow the steps listed below:

A deactivated Business Entity cannot be used for Workflow creation.

  1. Login to the DL Asset Track™ Platform Operator account.

  2. Click on the Business Entity page on the left Navigation Panel.

  1. Now, click on the Deactivate icon against the desired Business Entity under the Actions column.

  1. A confirmation message, “Are you sure? Status will be changed” pops up. Click Ok.

Once saved, a notification appears “Business entity has been deactivated” at the bottom left of the screen.

The deactivated Business Entity Status will change to Inactive.

If a message appears at the bottom left of the screen, "Business Entity cannot be deactivated, as it is part of an active workflow"; deactivate the corresponding workflow before deactivating the Business Entity.

  1. To Deactivate multiple Business Entities, select the preferred list of Business Entities by clicking on the respective checkboxes.

  1. Next, Deactivate tab appears at the top right of the listing page. Click Deactivate.

  1. A confirmation message, “Are you sure you want to continue?” pops up. Click Yes.

Once saved, a notification appears “Business Entities has been deactivated” at the bottom left of the screen.

Activate

To activate a Business Entity on the DL Asset Track™ platform, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Login to the DL Asset Track™ Platform Operator account.

  2. Click on the Business Entity page on the left Navigation Panel.
