In the Sales & Marketing business workflow Customer entity is the final destination. This business entity receives the instance along with the required documents from the Processing Plant entity.
Click on the Business Workflows option from the Navigation Panel after logging into the DL MineTrace platform. The Customer participant has one business workflow tile.
To continue, select the Customer tile.

- Select a shipment and click on the View Details icon.

- View Order Information, Invoice, Weight & Assay, Domestic Shipping Notice, and other details on the details page.

- View the timeline of the shipment using the show timeline button.

- Click on the Eye icon beside the file name to view any files that are uploaded on the instance.
View uploaded files
- Upon clicking the Eye icon, a separate file tab appears beside the Activities & Comments tab. The file tab reads the type of uploaded file, e.g. pdf or doc. A user can preview the contents of the file through this feature.

Click on the Pop-out icon to see an expanded view of the file in a new browser tab.
Use the navigation tools to view documents with multiple pages and use the zoom in and zoom out features.
Additionally, click on the Download button on the top right corner to save the file on your local device.
