An Auditor has access to the platform to verify the tasks carried out and resolve any disputes or issues raised. There are two types of Auditors:
Internal Auditors: Internal Auditors have full access to the platform.
External Auditors: External Auditors have limited access.

To create an Auditor on the DL Asset Track™ platform, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Log in to the DL Asset Track™ platform Operator account.

  2. Click on the Auditors at the left Navigation Panel.

  1. Click on + Auditor at the top right corner of the screen.

The + Auditor tab appears at the center of the screen, if no Auditor has been added.

  1. If required, click on the Expand icon to maximize the Create page and the Collapse icon to restore the Create Page.

  1. On Create Page, enter the Auditor details as listed below:
    1. First Name – Auditor First Name
    2. Last Name – Auditor Last Name

The name can be a mix of characters, numbers, special characters as per your requirements, The character limit is 50 for the name field.

  1. Select the Auditor type as Internal or External from the Type drop-down.

  1. Next, upload an ID Proof in the ID Proof field.

An ID proof works as a validation for Auditors to gain access to the platform.

  1. Enter other details like Email, Contact Number, Address, Country, State, City, and Zipcode.

  2. Select the preferred language from the Preferred Language drop-down.

  3. Click on the Set as System Auditor checkbox if you want the Auditor to be a System Auditor.

An Internal Auditor can only be selected as a System Auditor. If an External auditor is selected in the Type drop-down, this option will not be visible. Likewise, a platform can only contain one System Auditor. So, if the user has already selected a System Auditor before; they won't be able to add a new one unless the old one is removed.

  1. Select the External Network User checkbox if the Auditor is an external user.

An External Network user is any Auditor using an outside network. For the external user, this function serves as validation.

  1. Click Next to move to the Master Table page.

The Next option is enabled once all the mandatory fields are entered. Mandatory fields are denoted using the asterisk (*).

  1. Now, click on the checkboxes of the desired Master Table or Select All checkbox at the top to select all the Master Tables.

The search box at the top allows you to search for a specific Master Table.

  1. Click Download or Upload.

Download or Upload

Download or Upload buttons provide the Auditor with the capability to download the content of the Master Table or upload new content to it.

  1. Next, click the arrow on the right side to add conditions to the Master Table.

Conditions section

The condition option shows the conditional data for the selected Master Table.

  1. Select a Column name from the drop-down and enter a Column value for the selected column name.

You can select a column name or add multiple column names and provide values against them. It ensures that the Auditor will see only that data from the chosen Master Table in which the columns have these values.

  1. Click + Add More to add more conditions.

  1. Click on the Cross(X) icon on at the right side to remove that column.

  1. Check the Create Another checkbox to stay on the Create page if required to create more Auditors.

  2. Check the Retain Data checkbox to retain the current data for the next Participant Auditor user to be created.

To enable Retain Data checkbox, Create Another checkbox should be checked.

  1. Click Save.

The Save option is enabled once all the mandatory fields are entered. Mandatory fields are denoted using the asterisk (*).

Once saved, a notification appears, “Workflow auditor created successfully” at the bottom left of the screen.
