    Activate

    The platform sends an email to the auditor with an activation link. When an auditor is onboarded for the first time, the platform automatically sends an email to his/her email id with the activation link.
    This activation link is active for 48 hours. In case the auditor does not activate the account within48 hours, the operator has the capability to resend the activation link which is defined in the following steps.
    Once the Auditor is activated, he/she will be able to work on the platform.

    1. After creating an Auditor, you can see it in the Auditors list view.

    1. Click on the envelope icon present before the Auditor you want to Activate.

    1. Furthermore, click on the Ok button to send an activation mail for the Auditor.

    1. Once the link is sent, a notification Account activation link has been resent appears at the bottom left of your screen

    If a notification Your web browser may have encountered an issue. Please try again. appears at the bottom left of your screen, understand that the link is not sent.
    In such cases, try resending the activation mail.

    1. Moving on, if an Auditor is already activated, you can deactivate/activate it easily by clicking on the deactivate button in the Actions column.

    1. Next, click on the Ok button on the prompt screen that appears. Click on the Cancel button if you don't want to deactivate auditor.

    In such cases, kindly repeat the procedure to deactivate the auditor.
