Deactivate/Activate a Business Workflow

The platform offers a feature to Deactivate or Activate your workflow as required. Once deactivated, no one can work on the specific Business Workflow.
Deactivate
To deactivate a Business Workflow on the DL Asset Track™ platform, follow the steps listed below:
- Login to the DL Asset Track™ platform with your Operator credentials.
After login, the Business Workflows is the default page.

- Now, click on the Deactivate icon under the Actions column of your desired Business Workflow.

- A confirmation message, “Are you sure? Status will be changed.” pops up. Click Ok.

Once saved, a notification appears “Workflow deactivated successfully.” at the bottom left corner of the screen.

If a notification “Workflow status can not be changed, as an asset associated with one of the instances is in transit” appears, understand that the Workflow is associated with an instance that is active and has not reached the last node.

- In such cases, wait for the instance to reach the last node and then repeat the process.
Activate
To Activate a Business Workflow on the DL Asset Track™ platform, follow the steps listed below:
- Login to the DL Asset Track™ platform with your Operator credentials.
After login, the Business Workflows is the default page.
Business Workflows
- Now, click on the Activate icon under the Actions column of your desired workflow.

- A confirmation message, “Are you sure? Status will be changed” pops up. Click Ok.
Activation Prompt message
Once saved, a notification appears “Successfully done.” at the bottom left corner of the screen.
Successfully Activated
The activated Business Workflow Status will change to Active.
