The Load List page has a fixed column called Actions that contains Action buttons.
Actions column
Specific actions can be performed for a load based on the role assigned to a Business Workflowprofile. Locate the buttons under the Actions column as shown in the illustration above.
Send or Receive button
The first button on the list is Send or Receive button. Either one of the buttons is visible based on the load possession.
Receive button appears when a participant is a part of the business entity that accepts the load from the previous entity.
Send button appears when the load is in the participant's possession. Use the send button to transfer the load to the following entity in the business workflow sequence.
Send Action button
- Receive: Used to move the asset forward to the next business entity.
- Send: Used to accept the asset from the previous business entity.
Edit button
The Edit button is used to modify details of a load when it is in the participant's possession.
Edit Action button
Only the attributes that are allowed to edit can be modified. Access related to specific attributes is subjected to the business logic.
Show timeline Action button
The Show timeline action button is used to monitor the position and progress of the shipment in the business workflow.
The timeline provides a clear idea of all the business entities which are a part of the current process. The timeline also tells which entity currently holds or possesses the asset.

The business workflow timeline can be made selectively visible for certain business entities. If selective visibility is implemented, participants might not see all the entities in the sequence except their position in the business workflow.
View details Action button
The View details action button is used to access the detailed information view of all the attributes in a load. This is one of the most used action buttons on the listing page.

The detailed view can also be accessed by simply clicking on the load name from the load list.
Click on the instance View Details button to access the instance details page in a new browser tab, and press CTRL + Left Mouse.
